• Example: Foamie – this will give you a list of all of the Foamie boards that we have in stock at this time.
• Example: Foamie Large – this will give you a list of all of the Foamie Large boards that we have in stock at this time. 

2)      Order Processing Information

• All orders will be processed within 2 - 3 business days and shipped within 3 - 5 business days. 

3)      Important Shipping Information

• Before you proceed, please note the following about credit card charges.  Victoria Skimboards will charge your credit card for the product or products ordered at the time of purchase.  When ordering a Skimboard, there will be a product added to your order called "Box Charge."  The Box Charge WAS $18.00  but is now $0.00.  The product of Box Charge will still be added to your cart but at $0.00.  Skimboard boxes are handmade per UPS/FEDEX/USPS specifications to accommodate the exact size of the skimboard being shipped in order to prevent shipping damage.  Thank you for choosing Victoria Skimboards.

4)      Canceled Orders

• Any order that is canceled is subject to a service charge of 2.5% of your order.  Please be advised when placing your order.  Thank you.

5)      Return Policy

• Any orders that appear to be damaged upon arrival please call us at our offices: (949) 494-0059.  At that time we will begin the RA Process.

• Do not throw out the original packaging as it is essential when returning the product. If you do not have the original packaging we cannot process a return with the shipping company.  Thank you for your assistance and support on this matter.
